Based on your specifications, we plan and design your equipment in accordance with your constraints and the requirements of your business sectors. - Simulation of strength calculations - Production of 3D drawings using SOLIDWORKS software. - Pressure vessel design in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU, CODAP 2022 - Special machine design: Machine Directive 2006/42/EC - Welding: QS in compliance with NF EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME IX QMOS in compliance with NF EN ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX - Production of documentary deliverables - Project management

Stainless steel workshop

The 1500 m² stainless steel workshop is equipped with individual workstations and specific stainless steel tools: - Guillotine shear, 6mm thick - Press brake, 3m, 8 to 10mm thick - Roller, 2m, 8 to 10mm thick - Profile and tube bending machine - Band saw - 3,2T bridge, 5m under hook - TIG welding (141) - Orbital welding (142) - MIG (131) / MAG (135) welding

Steel workshop

The 1000 m2 steel workshop is equipped with individual workstations and steel-specific tooling: - 10mm guillotine shear - 3m press brake, 8 to 10mm thick - 2m roller, 8 to 10mm thick - TIG (141) - MIG (131) / MAG (135) welding - Profile and tube bending machine - Band saw - 5T & 6,3T bridge, 5m under hook

Welding jig

As an expert in the manufacture of tanks, TCM has a welding jig that enables it to optimize and increase the reliability of its boiler-made equipment. - Ferrule diameters 300 to 2000 mm max. thickness 1.5 mm to 10 mm - Longitudinal 2000 mm max (up to 3 ferrules lg 2000 mm assembled) - TIG welding (141) - (15) Plasma automated - MIG (131)/MAG (135) welding - Automated jig

Stripping and passivation area

TCM has a 75m2 degreasing/stripping/passivation area. - Either by bath for parts measuring 2000 mm x 2000 mm. - or by spraying for large parts

Clean room for testing and acceptance

TCM has an 80 m2 clean room for pre-shipment testing and validation. - Max. elec. power 45 kW by power variator - City water - Demineralized water - Meeting room overlooking the test room
